Role Overview
We are looking for a Business Development Manager with a strong entrepreneurial mindset and proven experience in scaling startups from the ground up. The ideal candidate has at least 8 years of experience in SaaS business development, understands the SME market deeply, and thrives in a high-growth, target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new business opportunities within the SME segment.
- Conduct engaging product walkthroughs and demos tailored to client needs.
- Clearly communicate the value proposition of our SaaS products and how they enhance organizational efficiency.
- Manage the complete sales cycle — from lead generation and qualification to closure.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships for long-term partnerships.
- Consistently meet or exceed business acquisition and revenue targets.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of business development experience in SaaS or related technology domains.
- Proven record of scaling or contributing to the growth of a startup or early-stage business.
- Strong presentation of tech products, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Highly self-driven, result-oriented, and comfortable working with ambitious targets.
- Understanding of SME operational challenges and decision-making processes.
Budget for role: 8 LPA
