Take ownership of the complete sales cycle.Strategic Sales: Collaborate with clients to comprehend their needs and develop tailored solutions that address their unique challenges.Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust sales pipeline, tracking leads and opportunities.Market Insights: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitors, and potential clients, offering valuable insights to enhance our sales strategy.Client Relationship & Account Management: Build and nurture enduring relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction, loyalty and growthPerformance Reporting: Generate regular sales reports, measuring key metrics and performance against targets, and offer insights for continuous improvement.Source partnerships with demand aggregation partners, EV OEMs and other industry players to enhance sales and business growthQualifications:B-Tech/MBA with 6-8 years of work experience (prior experience in the EV industry is preferred)Proven success in closing high-ticket B2B sales and partnershipsProven business acumen with strong numerical and analytical skills, ability to customize solutions as per the client's needsExceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Outstanding organizational, team and time management abilities.Self-motivated and dedicated to achieving results.Ability to handle ambiguity and take up new challenges
