Ideal candidates should have strong negotiation skills and a proven track record, preferably in the logistics industry.What You'll Do:A deep understanding of the pricing to maintain a healthy margin on the sales closures.Responsible for the ownership of the collectibles & receivables for the hand holding period of new on boarded accountsBuild a strong relationship & process for the new onboardings for a long & healthy business collaborationUnderstanding of Indian retail/wholesale/industrial ecosystem to come up with holistic solutions for the key accountsAccount Management: Onboarding Clients on the platform is the first stage of along-term relationship between Shipway and the accountMap Competition: To be able to take timely action, it is imperative that we monitor the market and be informed of competition’s activity in key accountsThe BDM must keep a close watch on competition & share best practices internally WhatWe're Looking For:Post Graduation/ Graduation requirementsProven working experience of 2+ years in sales/business developmentMust be efficient with MS Excel & Power pointExcellence communication and influencing skillsStrong bias for action, problem solving and ownershipAbility to develop strong relationships with stakeholders and be a team player
