Role OverviewAs the Sales Head / Senior Sales Counselor, you will be the face of our premium offerings. Your primary responsibility is to convert high-intent leads into long-term clients, consultatively selling services and packages that are tailored to their needs, while elevating every interaction with luxury and empathy.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Conversion: Handle inbound and walk-in leads, conduct in-depth consultations, and close service and membership package sales confidently.
- Client Profiling: Understand client preferences, skin goals, and pain points to recommend the most suitable treatments.
- Package Upselling: Strategically introduce high-ticket packages or add-ons with clarity, conviction, and zero pushiness.
- CRM Ownership: Maintain accurate records of follow-ups, conversations, client notes, and lead nurturing strategies via the CRM.
- Sales Reporting: Share weekly sales reports, conversion metrics, and goal progress with management.
- Coordination: Collaborate with front desk, clinical team, and marketing to align on campaign leads and performance.
- On-Ground Promotions: Actively participate in events, launches, and client engagement activities to boost conversions.
- Proven success in closing high-value services or packages in aesthetics, beauty, wellness, or luxury retail
- Polished, articulate, and emotionally intelligent with excellent presentation skills
- Strong understanding of the luxury consumer psyche — patient, proactive, and never transactional
- Confident in suggesting services across multiple categories (skin, brows, injectables, etc.)
- Fluent in English and Hindi
- Tech-savvy with experience in CRM tools (e.g., Zenoti, Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Lead-to-conversion ratio
- Revenue generated via individual sales
- Client retention & rebooking rates
- Package penetration rate across services
