About the Role

We are seeking an
exceptional Head of Communication
to lead and elevate Novella's brand voice, reputation, and relationships in the luxury wedding market. This leadership role is for someone who can combine
strategic communication, high-impact PR, brand collaborations, and client engagement
into one cohesive growth engine.

The ideal candidate will not only craft our external narrative but also
be the face of Novella
at luxury events, media interactions, and key partnership discussions — ensuring every word, campaign, and collaboration strengthens our aspiration to be the most exclusive wedding brand in the world.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Communication & Brand Voice

  • Define and maintain Novella's luxury brand tone across all channels and touchpoints
  • Develop strategic communication plans to position Novella as a leader in the luxury wedding segment
  • Oversee high-quality content creation, from press releases to branded storytelling pieces

Public Relations & Media

  • Build and maintain relationships with premium wedding, lifestyle, and luxury publications
  • Secure high-value media coverage, influencer features, and exclusive collaborations
  • Represent Novella in interviews, industry features, and speaking engagements

Partnerships & Collaborations

  • Forge relationships with luxury wedding venues, planners, designers, and influencers
  • Create co-branded campaigns with luxury lifestyle and fashion brands
  • Manage collaborations that enhance both brand visibility and revenue potential

Client Engagement & Representation

  • Personally attend high-profile events, previews, and exhibitions to represent Novella
  • Build and nurture relationships with HNI and UHNI clients, ensuring exceptional experience and trust
  • Serve as a high-touch point of contact for select VIP clients

Team Leadership & Cross-Function Collaboration

  • Work closely with marketing, creative, and sales teams to ensure consistent messaging and aligned campaigns
  • Mentor and guide internal communication teams for excellence in execution
  • Oversee both offline and online brand representation

What We're Looking For

  • 7+ years of experience in luxury brand communication, PR, or strategic partnerships (weddings, lifestyle, hospitality, or fashion preferred)
  • Strong network within luxury media, wedding industry stakeholders, and influencer circles
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a flair for storytelling
  • Proven track record of elevating a brand's presence in competitive luxury markets
  • High emotional intelligence and confidence in engaging elite clientele
  • Flexibility to travel frequently and work on dynamic schedules, including weekends when required
