Job Purpose
To lead
brand marketing, performance campaigns, offline marketing, events, and PR
for
Monsoon Salon & Spa
and the professional product brands –
Argatin, Spring H2O, and Skin Co
, driving visibility, customer engagement, and measurable growth.
Key Responsibilities (KRAs)
Performance Marketing (Digital First)
Manage paid ads across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn.
- Drive e-commerce sales (Pro Salon Cart), customer acquisition & retention.
Optimize campaigns for ROI, CAC, and conversion improvement.
Offline Marketing & Retail Visibility
Plan ATL/BTL activities for salon & product brands.
- Execute retail branding, POS promotions, salon branding, and distributor support.
Build premium brand positioning for Argatin, Spring H2O & Skin Co.
Events & Influencer Collaborations
Organize salon activations, beauty workshops, and professional seminars.
- Collaborate with influencers & stylists for content and campaigns.
Plan exhibitions and trade shows for salon industry networking.
Public Relations (PR) & Brand Communication
Manage media tie-ups, press releases, and brand features.
- Build strong PR presence in beauty, fashion & lifestyle publications.
Strengthen brand presence for both salons & product lines.
Strategic Growth
Drive digital presence across

&
@skinconyc
(Instagram).
- Develop integrated marketing campaigns linking services (Monsoon Salon) & products (Argatin, Spring H2O, Skin Co).
- Leverage analytics for marketing decisions and new growth opportunities.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- ROI on paid campaigns & increase in Pro Salon Cart online sales.
- Increase in salon footfalls & service bookings.
- Growth in followers & engagement on brand Instagram handles.
- Event-driven customer acquisition & distributor expansion.
- Number & quality of PR/media features.
Qualifications & Skills
- MBA in Marketing (mandatory).
- Minimum 3+ years in brand/marketing roles (beauty/FMCG/retail preferred).
- Strong digital marketing expertise.
- Experience in PR, offline activations, and influencer marketing.
- Creative thinker with strategic mindset & execution skills.
