Job Purpose

To lead
brand marketing, performance campaigns, offline marketing, events, and PR

for
Monsoon Salon & Spa

and the professional product brands –
Argatin, Spring H2O, and Skin Co

, driving visibility, customer engagement, and measurable growth.

Key Responsibilities (KRAs)

  1. Performance Marketing (Digital First)

  2. Manage paid ads across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn.

  3. Drive e-commerce sales (Pro Salon Cart), customer acquisition & retention.
  4. Optimize campaigns for ROI, CAC, and conversion improvement.

  5. Offline Marketing & Retail Visibility

  6. Plan ATL/BTL activities for salon & product brands.

  7. Execute retail branding, POS promotions, salon branding, and distributor support.
  8. Build premium brand positioning for Argatin, Spring H2O & Skin Co.

  9. Events & Influencer Collaborations

  10. Organize salon activations, beauty workshops, and professional seminars.

  11. Collaborate with influencers & stylists for content and campaigns.
  12. Plan exhibitions and trade shows for salon industry networking.

  13. Public Relations (PR) & Brand Communication

  14. Manage media tie-ups, press releases, and brand features.

  15. Build strong PR presence in beauty, fashion & lifestyle publications.
  16. Strengthen brand presence for both salons & product lines.

- Develop integrated marketing campaigns linking services (Monsoon Salon) & products (Argatin, Spring H2O, Skin Co).
- Leverage analytics for marketing decisions and new growth opportunities.

  • ROI on paid campaigns & increase in Pro Salon Cart online sales.
  • Increase in salon footfalls & service bookings.
  • Growth in followers & engagement on brand Instagram handles.
  • Event-driven customer acquisition & distributor expansion.
  • Number & quality of PR/media features.

Qualifications & Skills

  • MBA in Marketing (mandatory).
  • Minimum 3+ years in brand/marketing roles (beauty/FMCG/retail preferred).
  • Strong digital marketing expertise.
  • Experience in PR, offline activations, and influencer marketing.
  • Creative thinker with strategic mindset & execution skills.
