About the Role:
Minimalist Hotels is growing, and we are looking for a strategic and dynamic
Growth & Development Manager
to lead our brand's growth across key destinations. This role is central to identifying new opportunities, managing feasibility studies, developing partnerships, and ensuring smooth execution of new projects while maintaining the brand's design philosophy and operational standards.
Minimalist Hotels is a modern boutique hospitality brand that blends simplicity with soulful experiences. With a growing presence in India, we design stays that resonate with international travellers and urban explorers through contemporary architecture, artisanal coffee, cultural events, and thoughtful service.
Key Responsibilities
1. Expansion Strategy & Market Research
- Identify high-potential cities/locations for Minimalist Hotels expansion.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and demand forecasting.
Build and maintain a pipeline of opportunities for new hotels (Management contracts and Leases)
2. Business Development & Partnerships
- Source and evaluate potential partners, developers, and asset owners.
- Negotiate and finalize deals aligned with Minimalist Hotels' asset-light strategy.
- Develop long-term relationships with investors, developers, and real estate networks.
3. Project Development & Execution
- Oversee feasibility studies and financial modeling for new projects.
- Work with design, projects, and operations teams to ensure alignment with brand standards.
- Manage timelines, budgets, and approvals for pre-opening projects.
4. Brand Growth & Representation
- Represent Minimalist Hotels at industry events, conferences, and networking forums.
- Ensure all new developments reflect the brand ethos of modern design and minimalist luxury.
- Contribute to the long-term growth roadmap of the company.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Hospitality, Business, Real Estate, or related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in hotel development, real estate, or expansion roles (hospitality preferred).
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and financial modeling skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with passion for hospitality and design-led concepts.
