Business Development Manager – Full Time

Location: [Insert City/Remote/Hybrid]

We are looking for a 
Business Development Manager
 who can take ownership of our most valuable client relationships and drive business growth. The ideal candidate has 
experience leading sales or lead generation teams
 and has worked with a 
service-based company
.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow relationships with key clients, acting as their trusted partner.
  • Lead, mentor, and guide a team to achieve sales and client engagement targets.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize client value.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Negotiate contracts, manage renewals, and maintain long-term partnerships.
  • Analyze account performance and provide regular business updates.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Business Development Manager, Client Partner, or similar role.
  • Background in a 
    service-based business
     (e.g., marketing, EdTech, consulting, IT, outsourcing, etc.).
  • Strong track record in leading sales/lead generation teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple high-value accounts with a strategic mindset.
