Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in West Delhi. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing strategic plans to achieve sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include market research, client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or similar roles
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Strategic thinking and planning abilities
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and proposal writing skills
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the technology or service industry is a plus
