Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve monthly & annual sales targets and ensure regional business growth.
  • Lead & mentor a team of FLMs and MRs to ensure 100%+ target achievement.
  • Build lasting relationships with Pediatricians and other healthcare professionals.
  • Monitor competitor activities and execute tactical business strategies.
  • Drive customer delight through effective coverage, prescription honor, and feedback systems.
  • Conduct sales reviews, analyze performance data, and implement corrective plans.
  • Ensure compliance, timely reporting, and flawless execution of marketing strategies.

  • Proven track record in Pediatric / Nutrition sales.
  • Strong connect with 20–30 Pediatricians in the region.
  • Skilled in coaching, mentoring & motivating teams.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Deep knowledge of territory, market dynamics & competitors.
