Job Purpose:

What you will be doing:

  • Successfully roll out Global People System (Success Factor) modules & maintain error free data & processes.
  • Partner with the HRIS Global Team and relevant parties to define HR processes and/or system enhancements for our global template.
  • Collaborate with the HRIS Global Team to resolve system issues.
  • Consult with cross functional teams and departments to determine GPS needs.
  • Collaborate closely with HR team to increase Employees and Managers engagement.
  • Develop and maintain HR guidelines related to GPS.
  • Educate employees to handhold GPS system usage.
  • Analyse and interpret HR data from HRIS and provide insights to the management and leadership team.
  • Ensuring all compliance trainings assigned to individual employees are completed within the due dates.

Who you are:

  • Any graduate (preferably in Human Resources)
  • 02 years' experience in HRIS Operations.
  • Systematic and organized in prioritization and work ethic.
  • Analytical skill and should have ease to work with data.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with employees with high responsiveness.
  • Proficient in Excel, Power point & any other analytical tool.
