Job Summary:
As an HR Intern in Talent Acquisition, you will play a crucial role in supporting our recruitment efforts to attract and hire top talent.
You will gain hands-on experience in various aspects of the recruitment process, from candidate sourcing to the final stages of hiring.
This role offers a unique opportunity to learn about talent acquisition strategies, employee engagement, and the overall HR function within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Support the Talent Acquisition team in sourcing candidates through various channels, such as job boards, social media, and career fairs.
Help maintain candidate databases and tracking systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.Participate in the interview process, including preparing interview questions and participating in candidate assessments.
Assist with onboarding new hires, including preparing welcome packages and coordinating orientation sessions.
Conduct market research to understand industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and best practices in recruitment.
Provide administrative support to the HR department, including handling correspondence and managing schedules.
Engage in special projects related to HR initiatives and talent acquisition strategies.
Requirements:
Current enrollment in or recent graduation from a Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
Strong interest in pursuing a career in HR, specifically in talent acquisition or recruitment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with HRIS systems is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Learning Outcomes:
