Role DescriptionLooking for an HR and Accounting Manager with a minimum of 3 years of experience based in Mumbai, India.This is a full-time on-site position for an HR and Accounting Manager at Awal Networks in Mumbai. The responsibilities will revolve around overseeing all HR and accounting functions such as recruitment, employee relations, payroll management, benefits administration, financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance with regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage human resources including recruitment, employee relations, performance evaluation, training, benefits administration.
- Handle financial tasks like reporting, budgeting, payroll, tax compliance, accounts payable/receivable.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems, accounting software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Requirements:
- Solid expertise in HR practices and principles.
- Knowledge of accounting standards and financial management.
- Experience in payroll and benefits handling along with understanding laws and regulations.
Monthly Salary Processing:
- Ensure accurate calculation and timely processing of monthly salaries for the staff.
Payroll Reconciliation:
- Reconcile payroll accounts and address discrepancies promptly.
Tax Compliance:
- Maintain adherence to federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations for best practices.
