Job Title: HR Manager

Location: Worli and Vidyavihar, Mumbai

Overview: As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the HR department and implementing strategic HR initiatives. You will ensure the effective management of HR operations, enhance employee engagement, and contribute to the overall success of the company. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and extensive experience in HR management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Oversee the HR team, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategies for team structuring and alignment across functions and geographies to serve organizational objectives.
  • Work closely with cross-functional leaders to ensure teams are effectively structured and aligned to support business goals.
  • Develop and implement employee engagement programs to enhance workplace satisfaction and productivity.
  • Manage employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to resolve conflicts and promote a positive work environment.
  • Design and implement performance management systems to ensure employees are meeting their objectives and contributing to the company's success.
  • Develop and implement retention strategies to reduce turnover and improve employee satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
  • Assess training needs and design effective learning solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures.
  • Prepare and present HR reports to senior management, providing insights and recommendations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 8-10 years of experience in HR management, with a focus on strategic HR initiatives.
  • Proven experience in leading and managing HR teams.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in HR software and tools.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
