TalentAcquisition:Work with hiringmanagers to identify staffing needs anddevelopeffectiverecruitment strategies.Participate in the recruitmentprocessincluding candidate sourcinginterviews and selection.3.Employee Relations:Addressemployee relations issues providing guidanceandrecommendations toresolve conflicts orconcerns. Investigate and addresscomplaintsor grievances in accordance with company policies andlegalregulations.4.PerformanceManagement:Provide support inperformance management processes includinggoalsetting performance evaluations anddevelopment plans. Coach managersoneffective performance managementtechniques.5. OrganizationalDevelopment:Identifyopportunities for organizational improvement andchangemanagementinitiatives.Collaborate with leadership onworkforce planning succession planningandtalent developmentstrategies.6. Training andDevelopment:Assess trainingneeds within the business unit and recommendappropriatelearning and developmentprograms. Support the implementation oftraininginitiatives to enhance employeeskills and competencies.7.Compensation andBenefits:Assist in theadministration of compensation and benefitsprogramsensuring alignment with industrystandards and company goals. Provideinsightson compensation decisions andadjustments.8. HR Policy andCompliance:Interpret andapply HR policies ensuring compliance with relevant employmentlawsand regulations. Maintain awareness ofchanges in labor laws andindustry trends toinform HR practices.9. DataAnalysis andReporting:Analyze HR metricsand trends to identify areas for improvement andmakeDatadriven recommendations. Prepareregular reports for management onHRrelatedmetrics andinitiatives.
