1. Business Partnership:Collaborate with business leaders to understand their objectives andchallenges providing HR expertise and guidance. Act as a bridge between theHR department andthe business units ensuring HR strategiessupport theoverall businessstrategy.2. Talent Acquisition:Work with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and developeffectiverecruitment strategies. Participate in the recruitment processincluding candidate sourcing interviews and selection.3. Employee Relations:Address employee relations issues providing guidance andrecommendations toresolve conflicts or concerns. Investigate and addresscomplaints or grievances in accordance with company policies and legalregulations.4. Performance Management:Provide support in performance management processes including goalsetting performance evaluations and development plans. Coach managers oneffective performance management techniques.5. Organizational Development:Identify opportunities for organizational improvement and changemanagement initiatives.Collaborate with leadership on workforce planning succession planning andtalent development strategies.6. Training and Development:Assess training needs within the business unit and recommend appropriatelearning and development programs. Support the implementation of traininginitiatives to enhance employee skills and competencies.7. Compensation and Benefits:Assist in the administration of compensation and benefits programsensuring alignment with industry standards and company goals. Provideinsights on compensation decisions and adjustments.8. HR Policy and Compliance:Interpret and apply HR policies ensuring compliance with relevant employment lawsand regulations. Maintain awareness of changes in labor laws andindustry trends to inform HR practices.9. Data Analysis and Reporting:Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and makeDatadriven recommendations. Prepare regular reports for management onHRrelated metrics and initiatives.
