Responsibilities:

To be involved in business generation and amplification, building relationships and promoting sales of products and services.

Context:
Engages in lead generation and conversions: Prospect for potential new clients, understand the clients. Requirement, communicate the same to the project team and turn this into increased business.

Role accountabilities:
Maintaining the prospects, leads and follow-up data within the CRM and other essential spreadsheets.
Demonstrating and presenting products and services to the client.
Creating a positive brand image/ awareness in the minds of the new prospective clients.
Organising meetings with prospective clients by growing, maintaining and leveraging your network.
Identify opportunities and present new products and services to existing clients.
Researching the needs of other companies and learning who makes decisions about purchasing.
Researching organisations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify lead profiles.
Enhance existing relationships by providing support, guidance and information through inhouse team.
Preparing proposal documents and sales deck and other essential presentations for pitch.
Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the company?s products
Developing sales goals for the team and company and ensuring they are met
Participating and attending conferences, meetings, and industry events that help procure leads.
Collaborating and overseeing new marketing initiatives with the marketing team.

Key performance indicators:
Generation of new business / new clients.
Achieving the given targets in set timelines.
Taking proper follow-Ups with the clients.
Negotiating on the term of an agreement.
Relationship with clients and their satisfaction.
Preparing sales reports and setting targets.
Integrity in commitments to the clients.
