Main Purpose:
Knowledge and Skills:
- Expected to have 5+ years’ experience of requirements analysis in a commercial environment
- Proven ability to act as a bridge between the business and highly technical developers located in remote offices, translating business concepts into requirements that are implementable
- Ability to manage the migration of Business from legacy systems to a new strategic platform
- Demonstrable the ability to drive business process changes, challenging current business practices and working with key business process personnel
- Experience of a variety of software development methodologies (e.g. continuous integration, iterative development)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish
- Able to self-manage and regularly prioritize and plan activities across multiple project work streams- Commodity Trading domain & experience of working in large digital transformation programs will be
an added advantage
- Experience on MS Office suite, Confluence and JIRA.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain working relationships with business stakeholders
- Work closely with global migration lead, business transformation head and various other global stakeholders to determine the initiatives and features required to deliver programme objectives
- Primary responsibility is to understand business process flows, conduct As-is &To-be analysis and prepare documentation for manual business migration for the physical commodity trading business
- Responsible for clearly identifying and articulating gaps between source and target system business processes and approach to manage those gaps to enable successful migration
- Work in Agile methodology to create BRDs, FSDs, & JIRA stories
- Support development teams to ensure a solution meets its business requirements.
- Support business team in executing and validating the migration strategy
- Exhibit high level of skills in data aggregation and analysis to define manual business migration strategy
- Take leadership in managing end-to-end creation of migration project deliverables and executions
- Define step by step manual migration process and create manual business migration runbook
- Identify interdependencies with other projects & programs and solve issues proactively
