Job Requirement:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or related field/ MBA preferred
Minimum 05- 10 years of experience in Sales, marketing & Business Development
Knowledge of the Eastern European OTC consumer Healthcare market
Job Role:
Develop and execute a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy to increase market share in the Eastern European OTC consumer healthcare market
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and assess the competitive landscape
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, retailers, and healthcare professionals
Identify and
pursue new distribution channels to increase product reach and visibility
Work with cross-functional teams to develop new products and enhance existing ones to meet the needs of the Eastern European market
Monitor sales performance, market trends and competitor activities, and adjust strategies as needed to ensure achievement of revenue and profit target
