Servicenow Developer

Responsibilities:
Lead gathering the business requirements, design the solution, configure and implement the ServiceNow platform.
Analyze, define and document business requirements for functional and technical solutions
Works with project team to ensure user stories are developer-ready, easy to understand, and testable
Able to formulate testing approach, develop test cases, and deploy code into Production in defined releases
Developing, building, testing, deploying and updating items within the Service Catalogue and corresponding items in the Self-Service Portal.
Developing complex automation workflows using ServiceNow orchestration capabilities

Technical Skills:
Hands-on Development experience in configuring ServiceNow ITSM, ITBM, Service Portal and other modules
Implementing, configuring and customizing Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JAVA Script, AJAX, CSS, HTTP, etc.)
Development of requirement integration components (SSO, LDAP, etc)
Hands-on experience in CMS(servicenow portal) and Service portal technologies.
Experience in domain separation.
Developing across the full stack of Web technologies - JavaScript, AngularJS, React, HTML, CSS, and SQL
Experience in Development and execution of advanced scripting of business rules, UI Policies, Client Scripts, Script includes, Glide AJAX, ACLs, Workflow Activities, etc.
Experience in developing and delivering customized portal web pages and widgets in ServiceNow using Bootstrap and AngularJS,jquery,AJAX,Glide,Twitter Bootsrtap and JavaScript frameworks.
Understanding of/Experience with domain separation in ServiceNow
Experience with legacy system integration (e.g. monitoring/alerting) via plugins, JDBC, Middleware and via REST APIs.
Knowledge of ServiceNow technical architecture including MID Server architecture for Discovery and Service Mapping functionality.
Participation in system clone/upgrade activities
Experience with Installing, Configuring, Coding and Integrating the Performance Analytics Application of ServiceNow.
Experience with Automated Test Framework of ServiceNow.

Understanding of IT service management and the ITIL business process

Strong team skills including the ability to lead and be a team player

Qualification:
Bachelor / Master degree from reputed university
SNOW certified Application Developer
