Role: Business Development and Content Solutions Specialist

Location: Mumbai/On-site hybrid model preferred

Experience Required: 3-6 years in marketing, with a focus on content marketing and business development

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute innovative marketing solutions to drive business growth for Tipple Works Co., enhancing both new client acquisition and existing account relationships.
  • Engage in high-level conversations with key decision-makers in various industries, understanding their challenges and presenting tailored marketing solutions.
  • Analyze market trends to develop and implement branding, activations, and marketing strategies that effectively reach target audiences and achieve client objectives.
  • Blend business development skills with a deep understanding of content marketing to create and sell integrated marketing solutions across multiple platforms.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and create impactful brand solutions, including the development and management of intellectual properties (IPs) and sales initiatives.
  • Drive revenue growth through the acquisition of new clients across diverse industry verticals and the expansion of business with existing clients.
  • Ideate, manage, and deliver integrated brand marketing solutions that offer a competitive edge, generating ad revenue, sponsorships, and monetization opportunities.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven experience in content marketing, brand solutions, and business development, with a strong capability to sell creative concepts and solutions.
  • Exceptional ability to engage with and influence CXO/Director/leadership level stakeholders.
  • Innovative thinker with a knack for identifying and solving complex marketing challenges.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to adapt strategies based on market trends and client needs.
  • Experience in managing and scaling integrated marketing campaigns across print, digital, events, and outdoor mediums.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
