Position Overview:

BEGUR & PARTNERS, a dynamic first-generation law firm renowned for its excellence and innovation in the legal field, is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our growing team. This role is critical in driving the firm’s growth strategy, enhancing client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development within the legal industry, exceptional communication skills, and a strategic mindset.


Key Responsibilities:

* Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to achieve the firm’s growth objectives.

* Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and identifying opportunities for additional services.

* Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential business opportunities.

* Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business prospects through networking, industry events, and other channels.

* Proposal Development: Prepare and present compelling proposals, pitches, and presentations to prospective clients.

* Collaboration: Work closely with partners and practice groups to align business development efforts with the firm’s overall strategy.

* Brand Enhancement: Develop and execute initiatives to enhance the firm’s brand and visibility in the legal market.

* Reporting: Track and report on business development activities, outcomes, and key performance indicators.


Qualifications:

* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Law, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.

* Experience: Minimum of 5 years of business development experience within the legal industry or professional services sector.

* Skills:

  * Strong understanding of the legal market and industry trends.

  * Proven track record of successful client acquisition and relationship management.

  * Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  * Strategic thinking with the ability to develop and execute business plans.

  * Proficiency in CRM software and business development tools.
