Mission:

Looking for a fabulous role? Want to work in a friendly, dynamic environment and make a difference? Join our Sales team Fime is recruiting a Business Development Manager to strengthen its teams based in India & South Asia. You will actively contribute to the expansion of Fime's network and will be responsible for identifying and developing new opportunities. Come take up the challenge

The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Identify partnership opportunities
  • Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expand
  • Maintain existing business
  • Think critically when planning to assure project success

ACTIVITIES

Evaluate and prioritize sales strategies to maximize sales by taking full advantage of Fime's extensive network.

Participate in the definition of a commercial action plan to ensure the growth of turnover associated with the portfolios of entrusted accounts.

Grow Fime's relationship network by promoting our services (Consulting, Development and Testing).

Promote Fime products and services to advance the market and develop new growth drivers for Fime.

Actively participate in the development of the Technical Advisory's activities and new offers.

Work with the Product Management and Lab teams to set up and follow up the appropriate actions to secure revenues on the core business activities.

JOB EXPERIENCE

Prior Knowledge of EMV technology (payment terminal, payment card, acquirers and issuers).

Prior experience in Banking Technology, Fintech, SAAS and IT Cloud services will be beneficial

Fluency in English mandatory (written and spoken)

Second Foreign Language known is Desirable

International travel is expected.

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

MBA and/or Master's degree in a Reputed Business or Engineering school.

5 to 10 years' experience in Enterprise Account Management, Business Consulting and Client Relationship Management

Have handled Million Dollar Accounts with Quality Upsell and Xsell

Competency in MS Office and Sales Force

Ability to work in an international fast paced environment

Maturity to work independently and make effective decisions

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies

Focused and goal-oriented
