ResponsibilitiesAchieve and exceed his / her sales orderobjectives.
Identify Qualify &pursue New Logos while managing existingcustomers Smart with intelligence increating a strong pipeline accuracy in forecasting order closuresto meet annualtarget / orderobjective.
Strong knowledge &experience in Account Mapping relation shipbuilding with keystakeholders decisionmakers and influencersacross the organization Discipline ofbuilding account plans weekly meetingsGogetter attitude and an extrovert in building confidence &developing relationship withinternalstakeholders.
Align PreSales team to provide solutions based on customerrequirement to win orders. Sales cyclemanagement from qualifying an opportunity solution definitionpresentation proposal creationstrongnegotiation skills and closing respecting AIQoD sstandards. Add value to marketing team byproviding competitive information key technology eventsindustryinteraction.Education/Experience Technology Strong IT Sales knowledge ofDigital Transformation Analytics RPA Enterprise Solutionsbasedon Generative AI ML PaaS &SaaS Sales Strategy:
Developing and implement comprehensive business developmentstrategies to achieve revenueand growthtargets. Identifying new marketopportunities and stay abreast of industry trends to position thecompanycompetitively.
Client Acquisition and RelationshipManagement:
Identifing and pursuing newbusiness opportunities through networking and relationshipbuilding. Acting as the primary point ofcontact for key accounts addressing client needs and concerns inatimely manner.
Nurturing and maintaining strong relationships with key clientsensuring customer satisfactionandloyalty.
SalesPipeline Management:
Managing the endtoendsales process from lead generation to dealclosure. Developing and maintaining a robustsales pipeline providing accurate and timelyforecasts.
Collaboration andCommunication:
Collaborating withcrossfunctional teams including marketing product development andcustomersupport to ensure a cohesiveapproach to business growth. Communicateeffectively with internal stakeholders to provide updates on salesperformances andmarkettrends.
Sales Reporting andAnalysis:
Preparing regular reports on salesperformance forecasting and pipelinemanagementQualification
Bachelor s degree in engineering or sciences or related field is amust. Advanced degree (MBA) ispreferred. Have a winner mentality and begoal oriented and driven by a performancebased compensationstructurethat adequately compensates highachievers. First class communication andpresentationskills
TravelThe position is based in Mumbai. There willbe 60% of travel to customers across India and if required foroverseasopportunities.
