Job Summary:
The position of Business Development Executive involves identifying new business opportunities, establishing and nurturing client relationships, and spearheading the company's expansion. Strategic planning, sales management, and market research to pinpoint trends and potential growth areas are essential components of this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify Opportunities: Explore and uncover fresh business prospects such as emerging markets, growth sectors, industry trends, customer segments, partnerships, products, and services.
- Develop Strategies: Devise plans to broaden the company's outreach and increase revenue. Create and execute sales strategies and forecasts to meet organizational goals.
Market Analysis:
Undertake market surveys to grasp industry dynamics, competitive landscapes, and customer requirements. Leverage findings to enhance business growth tactics.
Your role will entail extensive market research, close collaboration with the recruitment team, crafting compelling proposals, and negotiating contracts to forge enduring partnerships with startups and enterprises seeking top-tier talent.
We seek an individual with a knack for prospecting, exceptional communication abilities, and a profound grasp of contemporary industry trends and talent acquisition methodologies.
Ideal Experience:
Minimum of 2 years in Business Development/Market Expansion roles.
