Job Summary:

The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving the company's growth. This role involves strategic planning, sales management, and market research to spot trends and opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify new business opportunities, including markets, growth areas, trends, partnerships, products, and services.
  • Formulate strategies to expand reach and revenue, develop and execute sales plans to achieve objectives.
  • Conduct market research to understand trends, competition, and customer needs, refine business development strategies.

Your role includes in-depth market research, collaboration with the recruitment team, proposal development, and contract negotiation to establish partnerships with startups and companies seeking top talent. We seek an individual with a passion for prospecting, excellent communication, and a deep grasp of industry trends and talent acquisition strategies.

Ideal Experience: 2+ years as a Business Developer/Market Expansion Pathfinder.

Location: Rajajinagar, Bangalore
