Experience & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3+ years of proven experience in lead generation and cold calling.
  • Minimum 5+ years of overall experience in prospecting, pitching, and deal closure.
  • Strong track record of handling the entire sales cycle – from lead generation to closure.
  • Prior experience in IT services, SaaS, or digital solution sales is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage post-sales account relationships to ensure client retention and growth.
  • Familiarity with digital products and the software development lifecycle is an advantage.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage the end-to-end sales process including lead generation, cold calling, prospecting, demos, negotiation, closure, and after-sales account management.
  • Identify, engage, and build strong relationships with potential clients to drive business growth.
  • Generate leads via multiple channels: outbound calls, referrals, partnerships, vendors, and events.
  • Deliver impactful product/service demonstrations to prospects.
  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships with vendors, business hubs, and industry stakeholders.
  • Ensure smooth post-sales client management, upselling opportunities, and long-term engagement.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and closures in CRM.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue and growth targets.
