About the Role

Presul Infotech Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a *driven and dynamic Sales Executive* to fuel our growth by identifying and engaging new clients, promoting our comprehensive suite of IT solutions, and driving successful deal closures. This is a client-facing role that demands strategic thinking, excellent communication, and a passion for technology.


Key Responsibilities

* Proactively identify and connect with prospective clients to generate new business opportunities.

* Conduct thorough needs assessments to recommend tailored IT solutions, including:

* Web & Mobile App Development

* Branding & Digital Marketing

* Mass Marketing Solutions

* Cybersecurity

* UI/UX Design

* Custom Software Development

* Artificial Intelligence (AI) Solutions

* Present proposals, deliver product demos, and negotiate contracts to close deals.

* Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to drive repeat business, upsells, and renewals.

* Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

* Collaborate closely with the marketing, project delivery, and executive teams to align strategies and improve lead quality.


Requirements

Minimum 1 year of B2B sales experience in IT or technology services.

* Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.

* Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

* Excellent commercial awareness with a customer-centric approach.


Preferred Qualifications

* Experience selling any of the following:

* Web or Mobile Development Services

* Digital or Mass Marketing Campaigns

* Branding & Design

* Cybersecurity or AI Solutions

* Custom Software / UI/UX Services

* Familiarity with CRM systems and sales automation tools.

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
