Toh ZAVO Solution.AM Lending- DSA Partnership (Immediate Joiner)Location: Delhi/NCRExperience: 2–3 years (retail lending / DSA channel)Compensation: Fixed Comp. per month (fixed) + performance incentives + local travel reimbursementJoin By: ImmediateAbout the RoleWe’re hiring a hands-on sales professional who already works with DSA networks and open-market lead sources. You’ll onboard/activate DSAs, bring steady qualified leads, and convert loan files to disbursals while maintaining policy and TAT.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn a city DSA portfolio: identify, onboard, train, and activate partners.Generate open-market leads (referrals, micro-DSAs, connectors, activities).Drive the funnel: Logged-in → Sanction → Disbursal, with documentation accuracy.Liaise with credit/ops for faster TAT; resolve queries, FI/PD coordination.Run monthly partner meets, payout communication, and SLAs/compliance.Track KPIs: lead volume, sanction rate, disbursal value, early-bounce quality.Maintain clean data on LOS/LMS/CRM and weekly reporting.What You'll Need2–3 years in retail assets (PL/BL/LAP/HL/SME/CC) with active DSA relationships.Proven monthly disbursal track record and understanding of credit policies.Comfort with field work across the city; strong negotiation & relationship skills.Working knowledge of LOS/LMS, KYC/AML, FI/PD, and partner payout slabs.Own two-wheeler & smartphone preferred; immediate joining availability is a must.Performance MetrixMonthly qualified logins & disbursalsSanction & conversion rates with < 5% early-bounce on your bookTAT from login to disbursalActive DSA count and month-on-month productivityApply: Send CV to vrinda.bhardwaj@thezavo.comwith subject: “DSA Partnerships – Immediate Joiner (Your Name)”.(Optional) Share last 3 months: leads / logins / sanctions / disbursals / avg ticket + top DSA list.
