
Business Development Manager– US Market

We’re looking for 2 experienced Business Development Managers who have hands-on experience working with US clients in the outsourcing/offshoring industry. If you’re skilled in consultative selling, relationship-building, and closing deals with US-based firms, we want to hear from you.🔹 Key Responsibilities:Identify, qualify, and pursue new B2B business opportunities in the US marketPitch offshore staffing solutions to small and mid-sized businesses (SMBs), CPAs, legal firms, Wealth management, etc.Build and manage a strong sales pipeline via outbound outreach ( calling, email campaigns, outreach, referrals)Schedule and conduct product demos or discovery calls with decision-makersDraft proposals, negotiate contracts, and close long-term client engagementsCollaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth client onboarding processMaintain relationships with clients for upselling and long-term growthRepresent the company in client meetings, webinars, and industry forums🔹 Ideal Candidate:4–6 years of business development experience, preferably in BPO/KPO/Sales.Prior experience working with US clients or agencies is a mustStrong communication and presentation skillsAbility to work independently.Familiar with CRMs (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive)Comfortable working night shifts (EST/PST hours) to align with US business timings✅ Must-Have:Proven track record of closing B2B deals in the US or North American marketExcellent English communication (verbal and written)Immediate or short notice joiners preferredLocation: (India-based)Shift: Night shift (aligning with US EST/PST timezone)📩 To apply, send your resume to Hiring@citadelcoworkers.com or DM us directly.#BusinessDevelopment #SalesJobs #HiringNow #B2BSales #USClients #Outsourcing #CitadelCoworkers
