
Business Development Manager

Core responsibilities Client and partner acquisition Prospecting and acquiring new B2B clients through various methods such as cold calling networking at trade shows and field visits This includes identifying and developing strategic alliances with other companies Relationship management Building and nurturing strong long-term relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and ensure high satisfaction Sales execution Conducting meetings delivering product demos presenting proposals and closing deals to meet or exceed individual and team sales targets Market and strategy Conducting high-level industry and market research monitoring competitor activity and contributing to the overall business development strategy Sales operations Managing the sales pipeline forecasting and providing timely reports on sales activities and performance using CRM tools Collaboration Working with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation of solutions for clients and providing constructive feedback to sales teams Key skills and qualifications Education A Masters Degree in business marketing or a related field is often required Experience Proven experience in B2B sales business development or partnership management is crucial Communication Exceptional verbal and written communication presentation and negotiation skills are essential Technical Proficiency with CRM software like Salesforce or HubSpot and data analysis is necessary Personal traits A results-driven highly motivated and resilient individual with strong organisational and multitasking abilities Desired Skills Experience in the Solar Electrical Equipment or Any Similar Sales is preferred Ability to work independently and as part of a team Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 20 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Education Master s Required Experience total work 3 years Required Location Kollam Kerala Required Work Location In person
