Job Summary We are looking for a motivated and persuasive Business development officer to promote our educational courses and guide prospective students through the admission process The role involves educating potential students about course benefits resolving queries and converting inquiries into successful admissions This position combines elements of counselling sales and customer service Key Responsibilities Course Promotion Counselling Contact prospective students via phone email or in-person and explain course offerings and benefits Understand students educational and career goals to recommend suitable programs Deliver accurate and compelling information about courses curriculum fees and outcomes Lead Conversion Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns social media or walk-ins Convert leads into confirmed admissions by building rapport and trust with students and parents Maintain a high conversion rate by using effective counselling and sales techniques Admission Process Support Guide students through the admission process including filling forms document submission and fee payments Ensure timely and accurate data entry of student information in CRM or internal systems Follow-ups Reporting Follow up with interested leads regularly and keep records updated Maintain detailed reports of calls counselling sessions walk-ins and admissions Team Coordination Collaborate with the marketing and academic teams to ensure consistent messaging Attend training sessions team meetings and promotional events as required Qualifications and Skills Education Bachelor s degree in any field Education Business or related fields preferred Experience 1-3 years of experience in academic counselling telesales or inside sales Experience in the education sector is a strong plus Skills Strong communication and presentation skills in English and local language Persuasive and customer-focused attitude Good organizational and follow-up skills Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 13 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Work Location In person
