Job Title Business Development Officer - TMT Steel Division Location Malappuram Edapal Ponnani Tirur Department Sales Marketing Employment Type Full-time Salary Range 15 000 - 18 000 per month Incentives Job Summary We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Officer to expand our customer base and strengthen our market presence in the TMT steel industry The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients maintaining customer relationships and driving sales growth for our TMT steel products Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities in the TMT steel market dealers builders contractors and infrastructure projects Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction Conduct market research to identify trends competitors and potential areas for expansion Coordinate with the marketing and logistics teams for smooth order processing and delivery Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management Participate in promotional activities trade fairs and dealer meets to increase brand visibility Collect feedback from clients to improve product and service offerings Required Skills Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing or any related field preferred 1-2 years of experience in sales business development preferably in steel construction or building materials Strong communication negotiation and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and meet targets under deadlines Willingness to travel within assigned regions Proficiency in MS Office Excel Word PowerPoint Perks Benefits Incentives based on performance Travel and food allowance as per company policy Growth opportunities within the organization Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 15 000 00 - 18 000 00 per month Ability to commute relocate Edappal Kerala Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Required License Certification Driving License and Two-wheeler Required Willingness to travel 75 Required Work Location In person
