Notably, the firm has been recognized as one of the Top Staffing Firms by Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA) and has successfully generated over $8M in revenue.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Executive (Night Shift). The Business Development Executive will be responsible for driving new business development, generating leads, managing client accounts, and developing and maintaining strong business relationships. Additionally, the role involves identifying opportunities for growth, understanding client needs, preparing proposals, and effectively communicating with clients to provide optimal staffing solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesResearch and identify potential clients across the USA market for staffing and recruitment partnerships.Generate qualified leads through , job boards, social media, and other online platforms.Engage with decision-makers through cold calls, emails, and outreach to introduce company services.Understand client hiring requirements and coordinate closely with the recruitment team to deliver suitable talent.Maintain accurate records of sales activities, prospects, and communication details in the CRM system.Assist senior business development managers with client proposals, presentations, and follow-ups.Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly targets in lead generation, meetings, and client acquisition.Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in any discipline.1–2 years of experience in business development, inside sales, or staffing industry preferred.Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written).Confident in cold calling, client outreach, and relationship building.Strong internet research abilities and proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.Self-driven, result-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.Comfortable working in night shift (US business hours).
