Company: Geogit Financial Services Ltd Position: Business Support Executive cum sales Location -Nellore, Andhra Pradesh Experience: min 1 year in Finance securities company Professional Responsibilities: - Prepare the complete documentation procedure for new registration of Client A/c (KYC) - Handling the queries and the entire operational part of Existing Branches / Franchises and develop their Business. - Monitoring of Inactive Client Accounts and Inactive Franchises to reactivate - Preparing MIS report on daily basis (brokerage and a/c opening). - Co-ordination with buyers & sellers for margins and payment collections. Other Responsibilities - Managing & Handling the queries of walk-In clients - Managing & Keeping up to date records of Stamp Papers - Timely Payin & Payout - Follow up of mails to Risk Department (Debit List) - Follow up of mails to HO & RO and revert on time - Maintaining all types of Files & Registers (Payout Register, Inward register, etc) - Stocking all types of inventories - Filling & entering the client’s form in the Back office system - Cash Management (Cash General, Petty Cash etc) - Ensuring the timely payments of the bills keeping records of all payments made & Reconciliation of accounts - Follow up of Leads and Client acquisition & activation - Cross selling of other products & services & building depth within the existing relationships - Taking necessary industry certifications & getting them validated on expiry - Attending training & implementing it in a best possible manner Pl note this job has targets of sales along with back office activities Finance securities companies are those which deals in equity market or broking companies like angel broking, sharekhan, motilal oswal etc. Education: Minimum Graduation Added dvantage: if done NCFM, NISM, AFMI Salary : 18k to 30k per month **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent **Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Schedule: - Day shift **Experience**: - business support executive: 1 year (required) - sales of dmat accounts: 1 year (required) - sales of mutual funds and insurance: 1 year (required) Work Location: In person
