Sales Specialist - Luxury Residences 32ND:

About the role:
- As a Residential Sales Professional you will play a pivotal role in representing our luxury real estate offerings to HNI / Ultra HNI Clients.
- If you have a deep understanding of the real estate market, excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion for helping clients find their dream homes, we want to hear from you.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Proactively identify and reach out to potential HNI / Ultra HNI clients through networking, referrals, and targeted marketing efforts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with HNI / Ultra HNI clients and channel partners, including investors, high-profile individuals, and business leaders.
- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve residential sales targets.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential buyers.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create effective sales campaigns and promotions.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.
- Provide regular market analysis and reports to the senior management team.
- Track and analyze sales data, including conversion rates and revenue.
What You Bring To The Table:
- Extensive experience in the sale of luxury projects, new project launches, development of broker network and HNI deals.
- Proven 4- 10 years' experience in ultra-luxury residential real estate sales, specifically working with HNI clients.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
