About the Role
We are seeking dynamic young travel managers with Industry Specific Experience in Luxury Travel Sales to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with B2B Itinerary / Packages Software's and B2B Portals, as well as expertise in curating hyper-personal itineraries and bespoke experiences.
Responsibilities
- Manage Hotel Reservations and Air Travel
- Manage the overall travel experience of the guest
- Manage Customer Retention and Relationship
- Build a sales pipeline and generate Revenue
- Maintaining positive relationships with vendors, service providers of Luxury Holiday Homes and Boutique Hotels
- Negotiating preferred rates with vendors
- Planning travel itinerary including booking flights, hotels, car rentals, and coordinating activities
- Assisting with any travel-related issues that may arise
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in tourism, travel or hospitality
- A minimum of 1-2 years experience in the travel industry
- Certification in travel or hospitality may be advantageous
- Knowledge of travel management processes
- The ability to build and maintain positive relationships with vendors of direct travel
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills
