Condominium Ambassador

This is a unique opportunity to join DLF Hospitality as a Luxury Community Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing relationships with our luxury condominium residents, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and driving business growth.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Relationship Building:
  • Build strong relationships with residents through regular communication and engagement.
  • Understand resident needs to deliver a seamless lifestyle experience.
  • Develop and implement effective customer engagement strategies.
  • Respond promptly to resident feedback and concerns.
  • Keep residents informed about new products and services.
• Data Management:
  • Maintain accurate resident data, including names, demographics, and preferences.
  • Attend condominium meetings and capture minutes and resolutions.
  • Oversee data upkeep and maintenance.
  • Optimize CRM software for improved resident relationships.
• Sales and Marketing:
  • Collaborate on event planning and execution.
  • Ensure digital event coverage.
  • Liaise with the High5 magazine team.
  • Budget and manage event expenses.
  • Recommend new initiatives and strategies.
  • Stay informed about competitor engagement strategies.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 8-10 years of experience in the luxury segment, preferably in hospitality or aviation.
• Prior experience in leading a team is highly desirable.
