The position is required for one of our clients- a leading auto-ancillary in polymer processing. The position is based at Kanpur. The company is a key tier-1 system supplier to the automotive industry in India and worldwide. The company was incorporated in 1988 at Kanpur. Over the years, the company has established itself as a key Tier-1 supplier to major OEMs. It is recognized worldwide as a reliable partner in the automotive supply chain with below 10 PPM Quality performance.
Specialties include Engineering Design, Plastic Molding, System Assembly, Tool Design, Design Centre, R&D, Tool Room, CAD development, Material testing and validation, Press Blow moulding, 2K injection molding, Gas injection molding, Thermoset injection molding, Thermoplastic injection moulding, vertical insert moulding, Plastic welding and Prototype development
The company has its main manufacturing site at Kanpur with 2 other units at Chennai & Pune.
Major customers include-Volkswagen, Skoda Auto, Audi, SEAT, GKN Driveline, BEHR India, Nexteer Automotive, Delphi Automotive, General Motors, Ford Motor, Jaguar Land Rover, Visteon, PHA, Bosch, NTN NEI, Grupo Antolin, Rane etc. for India, Europe & US markets.
The company processes a wide variety of polymers.
The position is for heading Sales & NBD. The position reports to CEO.
KRA's for the position include:
- Strategic Business Planning for existing & new customers
- Managing expectations of all stakeholders including customers
- Finalize new business opportunities across domestic & overseas markets
- Sales Budgeting, RFQ, Product Costing,
- Contract management
- Key Account management (KAM), MIS and Customer relationship management
- Customer Supply Schedule Management
