Business Development Manager

Mission:

1. Work directly with India Business Head and with Europe region management to establish and implement short term and long-term Business development goals, policies and procedures.

2. Develop and execute new business models, channels and partners. Collaborate with global sales team.

3. Ability to work independently under tight deadlines with careful attention to details.

4. Able to work cross functions and across all operating groups in Europe & Japan Region.

Responsibilities :

1. Manage Sales & Marketing for business with Automotive Tier 1 customers, Automotive OEM's, Industrial, Exports and After Market customers.

2. Manage Key accounts and be responsible to develop new business in India.

3. Work with Engineering & Plant Manufacturing teams for effective NBO / NPD activities to achieve budget and growth targets by following APQP processes.

4. Responsible to achieve sales revenue and to effectively coordinate with SCM & plant teams to ensure on time supplies.

5. Account Receivables management.

6. Create monthly/quarterly and annual sales plan for review by regional management.

Experience:

1. 10+ Years of relevant experience in automotive sector, especially automotive parts sector and in managing business development activities.

2. Work experience with Japanese & European colleagues / customers would be of additional advantage.

3. Proficiency in English and Hindi is essential.

4. Knowledge of Gujarati and Marathi would be beneficial.
