Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager at Chrysalis Business Solutions Pvt Ltd in Pune. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business prospects, building and maintaining relationships with clients, creating business proposals, negotiating contracts, and implementing strategies to achieve sales targets. The role also involves conducting market research, analyzing industry trends, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
Proven experience in business development and sales
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and networking abilities
Ability to work with cross-functional teams
Knowledge of market research and analysis
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
Self-motivated and target-driven
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Relevant certifications in sales and business development
