We are looking for a strategicallyefficient and doting Business Development Manager to join our SalesDepartment.

Responsibilities
  • Determiningthe potential businessopportunities.
  • Developing a good relationshipwith customers and partners.
  • Implementing newbusiness development strategies to maximize profit andsales.
  • Determining new investment opportunitiesthrough market research and trends.
  • Providingcustomer satisfaction throughnegotiation.
  • Implementing operational changeswith proper planning andstrategy.
  • Understanding the needs andpreferences of the customer and ensuring that they arefulfilled.
  • Meeting the customers and brief themwith the policies and procedures of thecompany.
  • Training and mentoring the staffwhenever required.
  • Discussing the newstrategies and policies with other concerneddepartments.
  • Developing new business strategiesaccording to the law and legal procedures.
Requirements
  • Minimum12th Passed Candidates can aplly.
  • Proven salesrecord and managing customerrelationships.
  • Excellent oral and writtencommunication skills.
  • Ability to work underpressure and prioritize tasks.
  • Outstandingleadership skills
  • Good project management andorganizational skills.
  • Proficient in MS Officeand CRM software like Zoho Base CRMetc.
  • Excellent time managementskills.
  • Excellent problem solving andnetworking skills.
  • Strong workethics.
  • Exceptional customer serviceskills.
