Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Pune. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and expanding existing client accounts. The day-to-day tasks include but are not limited to, identifying prospects, developing proposals, closing deals, and building relationships with clients. Other responsibilities include monitoring market trends, collaborating with internal teams, and developing sales strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the BPO and Finance industries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong ability to identify and develop new business opportunities
- Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
- Demonstrated success in sales and business development
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with internal teams
- Experience in the BFSI, Telecom, Fintech, E-commerce, or Health sectors is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- MBA or equivalent degree is preferred
