We are seeking an experienced and innovative Leader for our Wellness Business Vertical. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in wellness solutions, demonstrated experience in creating innovative solutions with vendors, and a deep understanding of client needs based on data analysis. This role requires building and maintaining relationships with vendors, internal sales teams, group companies, and global offices. The Leader will also be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of wellness colleagues, building appropriate tech solutions for clients, and managing the overall P&L for the wellness vertical.



-**Innovative Solution Development:**

- Collaborate with vendors to create and deliver innovative wellness solutions that meet client needs.

- Stay updated on the latest wellness trends and incorporate them into solution offerings.


**Client Needs Assessment:**

- Evaluate clients' needs based on data analysis and provide appropriate wellness solutions.

- Conduct regular assessments and adjust solutions as necessary to ensure client satisfaction.


**Technology Solutions:**

- Develop and implement appropriate technology solutions to enhance client wellness programs.

- Ensure technology solutions are scalable, user-friendly, and align with client needs.


**Relationship Building:**

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors, ensuring high-quality service and collaboration.

- Work closely with internal sales teams, group companies, and global offices to align wellness solutions with broader company goals.


**Team Leadership:**

- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of wellness colleagues, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

- Set clear objectives and performance standards for the team, providing regular feedback and support.


**Strategic Planning and Execution:**

- Develop and implement strategic plans for the wellness business vertical, aligning with overall company strategy.

- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.


**Financial Management:**

- Responsible for the overall P&L of the wellness vertical.

- Ensure financial targets are met and manage budget effectively.


Qualifications:


**Experience:**

- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in the wellness industry, with a proven track record of success in a leadership role.

- Demonstrated experience in developing innovative wellness solutions and managing vendor relationships.

- Experience in building and implementing technology solutions for clients.


**Education:**

- A degree in a relevant field; a medical degree is preferred.


**Skills:**

- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.

- Proven leadership and team management abilities.

- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.

- Financial acumen and experience managing P&L.

- Ability to work effectively in a global and multicultural environment.
