Job Description: The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from identifying staffing needs to onboarding new hires. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for talent, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to sourcing and hiring candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and job requirements.
  • Develop and post job descriptions on various platforms to attract qualified candidates.
  • Screen resumes and applications to shortlist potential candidates.
  • Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability for the role.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Manage the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

  • Familiarity with various recruitment platforms and tools.

  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Working Hours:

  • Full-time position with standard working hours.
  • Flexibility to work additional hours as needed during peak recruitment periods.
