Job Title: Human Resource Manager - INDIA

Work Location: Andheri East - Marol (Mumbai, India)

Work Time : 9 am - 6pm (Monday to Saturday)

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager at Tradeomatic located in Mumbai. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing recruitment, training, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. They will also develop and implement HR policies and procedures, handle employee grievances, and support organizational development initiatives.

Objectives of this Role:

Identifies staffing needs.
Constructs and develops a recruitment system for the company
Screens and interviews candidates
Presents a shortlist of candidates to management
Maintaining Employee Records on ERP
Implementation of employee Onboarding and exit formalities.
Developing and implementation of policies and procedures to maintain discipline amongst the employees.
Knowledge of Labour Law.
Performance review of employees.
Handling payroll, attendance, administration.
Knowledge and Monitoring Sales Team on GPS tracking. Export daily report.
Performance review of employees.

Qualifications
Experience in recruitment, training, employee relations, and performance management
Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to handle employee grievances and conflict resolution
Experience in developing HR policies and procedures
Knowledge of organizational development initiatives
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Certification in Human Resources (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
