We are hiring for a Senior Human Resources Executive.


Roles & Responsibilities


  • Look after end to end recruitment cycle.
  • Sourcing profiles from various job portals like , Naukri, etc.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop detailed job descriptions.
  • Create recruitment strategies and timelines based on organizational needs.
  • Use various methods to find potential candidates, including job boards, social media, networking events, and industry contacts.
  • Implement innovative techniques for attracting passive candidates.
  • Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
  • Conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess candidate fit.
  • Schedule and conduct interviews with candidates and ensure a positive experience.
  • Act as a liaison between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Provide regular updates to both parties and ensure timely communication throughout the hiring process.
  • Extend job offers to selected candidates and handle negotiations regarding salary and benefits.
  • Coordinate the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Maintain accurate records of candidates, interview feedback, and hiring statistics.
  • Promote the organization’s culture and values to attract top talent.
  • Participate in career fairs, university recruiting events, and other activities to enhance the company’s employer brand.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment best practices.


Job Requirement:

  1. Overall Experience: 1-4 years
  2. Industry Experience: Fashion Retail
  3. Educational Qualification: Graduate/ Postgraduate in Human resources or related field


Job Location: Rabale, Navi Mumbai
