Learning and Development (L&D) Head:


A Learning and Development (L&D) Head is responsible for designing and implementing learning strategies, managing training programs, and developing employees' skills and knowledge within an organization.

A Learning and Development (L&D) Head develops and executes learning strategies, designs and delivers training programs, assesses development needs, and tracks learning effectiveness.

They collaborate with employees and Head to support career development and manage budgets and vendor relationships.

Developing and implementing learning strategies and programs

Proven experience of 13 to 17 years into L&D and atleast 4 to 5 years into L&D Head or Training Head .

Experience in project management and budgeting
Proficient in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills; sharp business acumen
Ability to build rapport with employees and vendors.
