Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Placement Head located in Mumbai. The Placement Head will be responsible for managing and implementing placement policies and procedures for students. This includes developing and maintaining relationships with recruiters, organizing job fairs, conducting mock interviews, developing career counseling programs, and monitoring student placements. The Placement Head will also be responsible for collecting and analyzing placement-related data to report on placement activities and improve student career outcomes.To Present Detailed placement roadmaps to the respective HOI covering new prospective , organizations to be identified and new industries / sectors to be tapped.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field
Excellent organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to develop and implement placement policies and procedures
Proven experience in career counseling and placing students in reputed organizations
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to network with recruiters and communicate with students
Proficient in data analysis and reporting to develop and improve placement strategies
Ability to work collaboratively with the management team and faculty to ensure an effective placement process for students.
Experience with international placements and knowledge of emerging career trends is a plus.
