Regional Sales Executive

Requirements
· Bachelors’ degree preferably in Chemistry, Engineering Departments,
· Minimum 5 years of experience in chemical raw materials sales or production in leather and textile coating,
· Experience in the technical sales of raw materials to leather and textile coating markets,
· Preferably experience in polyurethane coating and finishing applications,
· Excellent command of English in both speaking and writing,
· Teamwork oriented, ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with diverse groups and cross functional teams,
· Excellent communication, problem solving, cooperation and organizational skills and strong customer management experience,
· No travel restrictions.
Responsibilities
· Develop and implement sales plan in the region by interfacing with the Distributors and Direct Customers to promote and support the sale of products,
· Engage in Business development activities in introducing new products and markets by closely liasing with the R&D department,
· Gather information and analyze the market of responsibility and report to management,
· Assuming full responsibility for the coordination and implementation of all sales activities for Anex products,
· Handling acquisition of new customers and ensuring sound business relations with existing customer portfolio via providing technical support,
· Identify the market requirements and specifics, develop and execute the strategies and tactics for growth and profitability,
· Actively visit customers and seek new opportunities to promote products,
· Participate in customer development activities,
· Improve customer satisfaction by understanding and executing solutions to their needs,
· Ensure that all transactions are properly screened and recorded in accordance with the company’s procedures.
